1. Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to Quizzy.ae, accessing the website, or participating in any quiz, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The Service
Quizzy.ae provides a free daily quiz newsletter and a website where questions and answers are published. We also operate paid live quiz events on a pay-per-event basis.
The free newsletter service is provided at no charge and may be discontinued, modified, or expanded at any time without prior notice.
3. Your Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute quiz content commercially without permission
- Submit abusive, offensive, or misleading answers or feedback
- Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the service
4. Intellectual Property
All quiz questions, explanations, and original content published on quizzy.ae are the intellectual property of Deepak Machado. You may share individual questions for non-commercial, educational purposes with attribution.
You may not reproduce the content in bulk, create derivative products, or use the content in a competing service without written permission.
5. Accuracy of Content
Quizzy.ae publishes quiz content for educational and entertainment purposes. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that quiz answers, explanations, or referenced information are error-free, complete, or current.
Do not rely on quiz content for professional, medical, legal, or financial decisions.
6. Paid Events
Paid quiz events (online quiz nights, in-person meetups) are subject to separate event-specific terms communicated at the time of registration. All event payments are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by us.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quizzy.ae and Deepak Machado shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. For free service users, this amount is zero.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
